We wanted to send a BIG THANK YOU to all our clients on Love and Kisses Pet Sitting 19 year Anniversary of being in business here in the Charlotte, NC area. We are thrilled to have been in business this long. We are excited and looking forward to many more years of caring for all our clients’ fur babies! Love and Kisses Pet Sitting started out as a way to help people with their pets that could not go into kennels because the pets were not the right fit for a boarder or kennel service. We have had many pets over the years and some thrived in a group setting and some absolutely shut down. We love that our service provides an option for pet parents that is convenient and reliable.
The way that we make our business so special is to only hire employees (not Independent contractors). We are able to train our employees the Love and Kisses Pet Sitting Way. We use an app based software that keeps all client and pet data that makes everything from booking to final visit seamless! We know when each pet sitter arrives to the visit. We see the picture and journal entries after each visit. We love hear from our clients when they get back from their vacations and they tell us how happy and content their pets are. They love the fact that we send them visit updates and pictures of their fur babies while they are away.
Clients that use us for daily dog walks also love the fact that they do not have to rush home from work to let the dog out because “WE” did it for them during the day. Some of those Daily clients have a recurring fixed schedule and some have a fluctuating schedule- we are okay with both!
