What type of pet do you care for?
How long have you been in business?
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes, we are insured with Mourer/Foster Insurance for Pet Sitters for our insurance and bonding.
Are your pet sitters background checked?
Yes, all our pet sitter’s have undergone a background check with ACUTRAQ Background screening.
How long are the pet sitting and dog walking visits?
The visits are 30 mins, 45 mins, 1 hour We can customize any length of pet sitting visit your pet needs.
Do you do overnight stays at the client’s house with the dogs?
Yes, we are finding a lot more people requesting them.
How far in advance do you need us to book out pet sitting or dog walking visits?
As soon as you know, let us know.
Do you have online booking system in place?
Yes, we use Precise Petcare and you get your own login so that all you need to do is go online and book your own visits. We will send you a confirmation.
What happens if my pet sitter has an emergency and can’t get to my pets?
That is why we have a backup sitter in place so your pets will never be left untended. I check Precise Petcare several times throughout the day to make sure all visits are completed. If not, I check in with pet sitter to see what is going on. That is also why we require 2 keys. One stays with the sitter assigned to you and other is in our office just in case I had to step in and complete a visit.
