How it works & what you need to do!

Step 1: Contact Us

Our goal is to answer the calls and emails that come in immediately.  If we cannot be reached immediately, leave a message and we will return your call ASAP and/or return your email ASAP.  At this time we will learn, all about your pet and their needs and guide you in finding the right services for you and your pet. We will also get your address and contact numbers, as well as some basic information about your pet.

Step 2: Meet and Greet

Before a pet sitting visit can take place, we will have a meet and greet.  This is a time for pets, pet sitter, and owner to get acquainted and a time for documenting your pet’s personal preferences as to feeding, walking, playing, likes and dislikes. At this time, we will exchange paperwork and obtain 2 keys to your home and answer questions.

All clients need to provide 2 full sets of working keys, including mailbox keys and security fobs, at the time of the FREE consultation. A key copy charge of $8.00 (per key) will be assessed if only one set is provided. We require 2 keys because we have the pet sitter back up plan in place so your pets will never be left unattended if your scheduled pet sitter has an emergency.    We will record current veterinary information and emergency contact information at this time as well.

We will provide a contract for your signature and discuss payment options and preferences.  This meet and greet is complimentary. PLEASE NOTE:  There will be only one complimentary visit.  If additional pre-visits are requested, the normal pet sitting fee will be applied.

Step 3: Let Us Take Care Of The Rest! 

While you’re away at work or on vacation, this is our chance to shine! We will update you with text messages or picture messages each day to let you know how your pets are doing and how much they are enjoying being pampered! You can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your babies are in responsible, reliable hands.

How do I get started?

All you have to do is click here.

We require all new clients to register with our office. Registering takes just minutes with our unique on-line system. All information is kept confidential & not passed along to any third parties. We are committed to keeping all information we receive from our clients and staff confidential and will not disclose any of your personal information including your mailing address. We will only use your information as a means to take good care of your pets and home while you are away. These forms outline our basic business policies, rates, billing procedures, pet emergency care plans & much more.

What services do you offer?

Pet sitting, when you go on vacation.  Dog walking, if you are away for the day or working long hours.  We come to your home and walk your dog, give fresh water and some play time. Overnight stays at your home, and also live in (the pet sitter stays the whole time you are away). What areas do you service?

Most areas in Union Co. NC such as Indian Trail, Weddington, Waxhaw, Monroe, Wesley Chapel, Stallings, Lake Park, Stallings.  We have added Marshville and Pageland to our service area. Call us to see if we service your area as we are always adding new towns.

We are now servicing parts of Indian Land and Fort Mill SC.

Giving Back to Our Community

We also believe that in giving back to the animals that need food and shelter, that we can make a difference. We proudly support the Humane Society of Union County and also the Monroe Spay Neuter Clinic.   Love and Kisses Pet Sitting is ALWAYS collecting dog and cat food to give over to them.
