Every pet has unique routines, preferences, and needs. During your complimentary in-home Meet and Greet, we learn everything necessary to keep life as normal as possible while you’re away.

Visits can be scheduled 1–4 times per day, depending on your pet’s needs. Our visits can be 15 minutes or 24-hour care. 

🐾 Dogs — minimum of 2 visits per day
🐱 Cats — minimum of 1 visit per day
🐓 Other pets — customized care plans available

Keeping pets at home reduces stress, maintains routines, and helps them feel safe and secure.

🐾 What Happens During Each Visit

At every visit, your pet sitter will provide attentive, hands-on care — not just a quick check-in.

Visits include:

🍽️ Feeding according to your pet’s schedule (for visits 30 minutes or longer)
🚰 Fresh water at every visit
🐕 Potty breaks and exercise
💗 Playtime, cuddles, brushing, and companionship
💊 Medication administration, if needed (for visits 30 minutes or longer)
👀 Monitoring eating, drinking, and overall wellbeing
🧼 Tidying litter boxes and pet areas

While caring for your pets, we also help keep your home looking occupied and secure.

Included home care services:

📬 Bringing in mail, packages, and newspapers
🌿 Watering indoor or outdoor plants
💡 Rotating lights and blinds, if requested
🧽 Cleaning up pet messes or accidents

You can travel knowing everything at home is being watched over.

📅 Early Return Policy

If you return home earlier than planned, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged for visits already scheduled during that time window, as we reserve time specifically for your pets.

Last-minute visit requests may be subject to an additional fee based on availability.
